Actions Proposed by Participants

• Support the arts to levels comparable to and modeled on sports programs.
• Create urban and suburban centers for arts.
• Develop a comprehensive public relations program.
• Publicize arts programs in neighborhoods and schools.
• Create an inclusive environment in the arts that welcomes participation and opens opportunities.
• Subsidize the arts with alternative tax funds.
