The Planning Commission Committees (listed below) have been meeting
over the past 5 months to examine ways to improve the Houston planning
process. Final reports are due in December and expected to include
recommendations ranging from new ordinances to adoption of policies
and studies. At this time it is unclear when and how the Planning Commission
will act on the recommendations.
The Planning Commission committees meetings are open to the public.
