On June 21, the City Council approved the
following amendment proposed by Council Member Peter Brown.
The amendment passed unanimously.
| The City Council directs the Planning Commission to
begin a planning process that identifies the priorities
and specific plans for a General Plan, and to report back
to City Council within 180 days with a proposed budget,
work plan and target date for the adoption of the Plan. |
A second amendment proposed by Council Member Brown also passed
concerning the role of neighborhood plans and strengthening
Super Neighborhoods.
