• Develop a plan to manage future growth.
• Ensure that the City's living and working centers are within walking distance to one another include green spaces, shops, schools, services, and harbor a mix of housing types.
• Coordinate development with transportation plans and pay for infrastructure needs generated through development.
• Demand a sustainable intelligent master plan from the City and County.
